Whether you're travelling as a family, visiting for business, or simply exploring the area, our suite offers a peaceful and private retreat with all the comforts of home.

Designed for comfort and convenience, our suite comfortably hosts 2-3 guests and can accommodate up to 4 with additional sleeping arrangements, including a sofa bed. You'll enjoy complete privacy with your own entrance and no shared living spaces.

The master bedroom is a luxurious haven featuring a California King Infinity King-Coil bed for an unparalleled sleep experience. The room offers ample space, a large cloakroom with extensive storage, and a dressing table with full-length mirrors for added convenience. Relax and unwind with the 50-inch QLED Smart TV, complete with Netflix for unlimited entertainment. A high-quality sofa bed is also available for extra guests, making this suite perfect for families.

The suite features a cozy living area combined with a simple kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, mini-oven, hobs, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, and full kitchen utensils. A convenient drinking tap is installed at the counter for easy access to fresh water. A spacious 240L fridge is located in the hallway, perfect for storing food and beverages.

Our large, modern bathroom offers dual vanities, a luxurious bathtub for relaxation, and a spacious shower. For added convenience, there's a washing tub for dishwashing and a washing machine for your laundry needs. Should you require a dryer, we have a shared one available in the garage—just let us know if you'd like to use it.

Guests can now enjoy our shared outdoor awning deck, equipped with a full set of table and chairs. This space is exclusively shared between Unit C and Unit D guests. Feel free to relax in the fresh air, but please be mindful of others using the deck. You can lower the roll-down curtain for more privacy without disturbing your neighbors. To keep the space peaceful, we kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:30 am and only use this area during the day please.

Ample on-street parking is available on our quiet, dead-end street, along with two designated parking spaces on the property.

Our home is ideally located within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and a park. Major shopping centers, Massey University, and supermarkets are just minutes away by car. Asian restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the National Hockey Stadium, are all within a 5-minute drive. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop conveniently located nearby.

We provide fresh linens, towels, and essential bathroom supplies. Upon arrival, you'll find complimentary milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, and bottled water to make you feel right at home.

To ensure a peaceful and welcoming environment, we ask that you respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:30 am and refrain from hosting parties or events. Before checking out, we kindly request that you clean dishes, tidy up, and dispose of rubbish.

You'll have full access to the entire self-contained Master guest suite (Unit D), The unit has its own private entrance, ensuring complete independence during your stay. You won't be sharing any living spaces with other guests inside the unit, so you can relax and enjoy your privacy.

Additionally, guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor front yard, You'll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
